


I'm so afraid of doing the wrong thing I have cut out white bread,white pasta, potatoes, crisps, chocolate amd fizzy drinks, and I'm counting calories at the minute and using my fitness pal am trying to keep to the 50 30 20 macros the question I have is that sufficient as I'm still eating grains such as weetabix for breakfast, 2 slices of wholemeal bread throughout the day and some times brown rice.
